The universe of the research is composed of research assistants working at the faculties of Abant İzzet Baysal University in Bolu province in 2013. Since it was possible to reach all the research assistants, a sample was not taken from the study universe. According to the results of the research, the research assistants' organizational policy perceptions are at the level of "partly agree". Considering the values of the sub-dimensions, it has been found that "the organizational policies and practices" have the highest mean, while the lowest mean is "the behavior of the director and the colleague". Research assistants' perceptions of organizational support were found at the level of "partially agree" that means they were supported partially. While the highest values were found in the "academic counseling" dimension, the lowest average dimension was found as "task distribution". At the level of organizational cynicism, they are reported as'I do not agree'. The dimension with the highest mean is "cognitive" while the dimension with the lowest mean is "affective". Correlation analysis was conducted to determine whether there is a significant relationship between organizational policy perceptions and organizational support perceptions and organizational cynicism levels according to the opinions of researchers. As a result of these analyzes, there was a significant positive correlation between organizational policy perceptions and organizational cynicism levels of research assistants, but there was medium and high level of negative correlation between organizational support perceptions and organizational cynicism levels.
