Abstract (EN)

Purpose; This study, which aims to determine the existence of the relationship between personnel reinforcement perception of the employees of Arhavi and Hopa State Hospitals and the organizational climate, is planned to be carried out in a descriptive research model by following the exploratory research method. In this study, data were collected via the Organizational Climate Scale developed by Robert Stringer and the Personnel Strength Perception Scale developed by Spreitzer. The obtained data were analyzed by factor, simple linear regression and Pearson Correlation test as well as descriptive statistics (frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentile) in the SPSS 13.0 package program. In the study; The general average of the employees' initial perception of the organization was 2.79 ± 0.42 and the average perception of personnel empowerment was 1.93 ±0.63. It was determined that employees had a positive relationship (r = 0.293, p <0.01) between organizational and staff empowerment perceptions, and the effect of staff empowerment on organizational climate was 0.195. As a result of the analysis of the study data, it was determined that the perceptions of the organizational climate of Hopa State Hospital employees were moderate and the perceptions of personnel empowerment were low. It has been observed that employees have a positive and linear relationship between personnel empowerment and organizational initiation, but that the effect of staff empowerment on organizational earlyness is limited.
