Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT PhD Thesis SYNTHESIS AND DERIVATIVES MONO AND BIS(2-AMINO-l,3,4-THIADIAZOLYL)'S CONTAINING ARYL, ARYLENE AND ALKYLENE GROUPS Halit MU?LU Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciencies,, Department of Chemistry 2003, Page: 101 In this work, 2-amino-l,3,4-thiadiazoles have been synthesized from the reaction of aliphatic and aromatic mono and dicarboxylic acides (malonic, oxalic, benzoic, phytalic and teraphytalic acides) with thiosemicarbazide and POCl3. By the reaction of 2-amino-5-phenyl- 1,3,4-thiadiazole and 1,1-, 1,2-, l,4-di(2-amino-l,3,4-thiadiazolyles) with acetyl and chloracetylchlorides, the appropriate amide chloride derivatives were obtained. Then, compounds synthesised here were reacted with dithiocarbamate salts and thus 2-amino-l,3,4- thiadiazoles acetyl amino dithiocarbamate derivatives were obtained. Characterizations of these compounds were performed by elemental analysis, 'H-NMR, FT-IR and melting point. Key Words : 2-Amino-l,3,4-Thiadiazole, Synthesis, Dithiocarbamate II
