Abstract (EN)

Today, solar panels that are becoming increasingly popular have a very important role in the area of renewable energy. Especially in our country, the potential of the solar beam in the Southeastern Anatolia Region shows the importance of solar panel system. In this thesis, the effect of the temperature on the surface of the solar panels has been analyzed. The effects of the temperature differences in Siirt province to the efficiency of solar panel was examined by using 250 watt solar panel that were cooled with equal time interval from behind of the solar panel with a cooling water system. The solar intensity, the average temperature on the surface of the panel, load current and load voltage of the solar panel which was cooling with equal time interval were measured and recorded in real time via data logger. By using the obtained measurement datas, the efficiency of the cooling system has been analyzed in the context of the surface temperature and panel's output power.
