Archival-worthy materials, which were written or printed previously, can be viewed, searched, used, shared, produced and stored in computer screens today, in various formats. With these technological developments, printed documents have started to be transferred to the computer environment due to reasons such as to ensure that the desired document is protected more healthily and for a long time and that users can access to the desired documents easily, and thus concepts such as electronic archive, e-archive, archival digitization or digital archive has developed. In this context, "Digital Archive", which is an archive form integrated with the information technology and providing various facilities, and other concepts related to it are included in the study. In addition to this, there are contents such as implementing it on the work performed within PTT Bank, explaining the transactions made and telling the used software with interface views by explaining the management concepts with the awareness that where there are the work and the worker, there is always a management.
