Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted at two different locations as double crop in 2018 growing season. The objective of this study was to determine the agronomic characteristics and yield potential of advanced breeding lines and some soybean varieties in two different locations. In the experiments, 22 advanced soybean breeding lines (F7 generation) belong to Arısoy x Calland hybridization and some varieties such as Arısoy, Lider, Asya and Blaze varieties were used as plant material. Variance analysis was performed according to split plots experimental design. In this study, plant height, the lowest pod height, number of pods, number of branches, seed yield, thousand seed weight, protein content, oil ratio and oil yield characteristics were investigated. According to results, the seed yield values of the breeding lines varied between 312.6-457.9 kg/da in Adana location and between 224.6-421.4 kg/da in Tarsus location. The highest seed yield was obtained from H-3 (457.9 kg / da) and H-21 (455.9 kg / da) lines in Adana and the highest from in Arısoy (421.4 kg / da) variety and H-2 (409.4 kg / da) line. H-2, H-5, H-6 breeding lines have higher yield and quality values compared to standard varieties.
