Sludge properties change depending on the origin of the sludgeand solid matters, and also on the applied treatment procedure. This study dealswith the possibities of the evaluation of treatment sludges in the land, which isone of the economical and ecological methods implemented in removal andevaluation of treatment sludges in environment friendlyway. The matter ofremoval of the treatment sludges is contained in the legislation that is in effect inour country; however, our current regulations are inadequate in this matter.Therefore, action must be taken to improve the deficiencies on the existingregulations with respect to the removal of the treatment sludges, and theimprovements must be put into practice at once.
