In this study, the life, art, and poems of Âşık Mansur Alyansoğlu, one of the prominent representatives of contemporary Âşık literature, are examined. The study consists of an introduction, two main chapters, poem texts, conclusion, references, and appendices. The introduction section is composed of the titles "Subject and Scope of the Research," "Research Method," and "Basic Concepts." The first title addresses the subject and aim of the study. The research method section provides information about the preliminary period of the study, the source group, and the techniques and tools used. In the "Basic Concepts" section, concepts related to the research topic such as Âşık, Âşık literature, wine drinking (bade içme), pseudonyms (mahlas), and the act of taking a pseudonym are discussed. The first chapter of the study is titled "The Life, Literary Personality, and the Context of Production and Consumption of Âşık Mansur Alyansoğlu's Poems." The first part of this chapter analyzes, in detail, the data obtained from interviews with the ashik under the heading "The Life, Âşık /Poetic Identity, Storytelling and Place in the Publishing World of Âşık Mansur Alyansoğlu." The second part is titled "The Context of Production and Consumption of Âşık Mansur Alyansoğlu's Poems." The second chapter is titled "The Form, Structure, and Content Characteristics of Âşık Mansur Alyansoğlu's Poems." Under this heading, the poems are first examined in terms of "Form and Structure." The analyzed poems are evaluated under the headings "Prosodic Elements" (including "Meter, Foot, Rhyme, Rhyme Scheme, Redif, Pause, Repetitions"), "Verse Forms and Types," "Verse Unit," "Narrative Features," and "Literary Devices." Each title is analyzed in depth through its own subheadings. In the section titled "Content Characteristics of Âşık Mansur Alyansoğlu's Poems," the poems are analyzed according to their topics under the subheadings "Themes in the Poems" and "Proper Names in the Poems." In the continuation of the study, under the heading "Poems and Production Consumption Contexts," the ashik's poems and verbal duels (atışma) are examined. In this section, the background stories of the poems we could identify are included beneath the relevant poems. The study concludes with the sections "Conclusion," "References," "Index of Source Persons," and "Appendices." The "Appendices" include "Photographs.
