Abstract (EN)
Qiraat science, which is one of Qur'anic sciences, has a feature of being one of the ancient sciences in terms of Quran history because it emerged at the time quran began to descend. The fact that qiraat science provides scientific richness by opening different doors to interpreting Qur'an and its exegesis proves the significance of qiraat science. In this study, we will examine Asim's recitation (qiraat), who is pioner of Kufa Qiraat School and whose recitation is prefered worldwide and especially in our country, and Kisai's recitation, who is both a linguist and one of ten qiraat imams. The two recitations' differences, both in the sounds and structures of the words in Qur'an, will be pointed out in the longest seven surahs of Qur'an. The differences having influence on meaning will be shown only in the surahs of Bakara, Al'i İmran, Nisa ve Maide. We think that this thesis will contribute to qiraat science and consequently Qur'anic exegesis by examining Asim and Qisai as importan figures of qiraat science and the differences of their recitations in detail.
