Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is necessary to perform some operations in order to give the desired pattern to the marble stones brought from the marble quarries to the marble sector. In order to reduce the negative effects of waste marbles that occur during these processes in the environment, it is aimed to be widely used in concrete mixture today. The widespread use of waste marble powder in concrete mixing has also contributed considerably economically. The easy use of waste marble powder in concrete depends on some properties of concrete, these properties are expressed as the fresh and hardened structure of concrete. The aim of the study is to produce an eco-efficient concrete type by using waste marble powder in the concrete mixture. To determine the strength and durability properties of the produced concrete with non-destructive and destructive test methods and their effects on fresh and hardened concrete. In the study, the amount of waste marble powder used in the calculation of eco-efficient concrete produced with waste marble powder was used by changing the coarse and fine aggregate at the same time as 0%, 2%, 4% of the total mixture by volume. The cement dosage of the concrete produced in this study is in two different forms (350 kg / m3 and 425 kg / m3) and aggregate granulometry is three different (65% Fine-35% Coarse), (55% Fine-45% Coarse), (45% Fine - 55% Coarse). Accordingly, it is aimed to determine the most effective parameters on machinability and strength. Fresh and hardened concrete properties of the eco-efficient concrete produced have been determined. While evaluating the study, marble powder rate and aggregate were made according to the granulometer effect. As a result, can say that it is possible to produce eco-efficient concrete by using waste marble powder in the concrete mixture, reduces environmental pollution, benefits people's health and nature, and also contributes to the economy with less consumption of resources.
