Abstract (EN)

In the traditional waste water purification, Aluminium sulphate, Ferric chloride, water soluble sodyum silicates, polyelectrolytes, are used to precipitate waste water impurities as, saturated and unsaturated oils, and dyestuffs alone or with auxiliary chemicals, polymers, greases and so on. Precipitation, filtration, storing more chemicals and many indurstrial process came later.In the wasterwater storage tank, when metalic electrodes react with NaOH or KOH, the produced. Hydrogen and oxygen gases will oxidize and reduce oils, polimers, organic materials, organic pigments and so on. In this research, we used some metalic elektrodes, sodium hydroxide or potasium hydroxide, and electric current in low voltage and current. Eventually, we have realised to saturate the unsaturated oils and compunds, to filtrate then easily.Al + 3NaOH ? Na3AlO3 +3/2 H2In the cathode: NaOH + H2O ? Na+ + 2OH- + H+2H+ + 2e- ? 2H ?H2In the anode: 2OH- ? H2O + ½ O2 + 2e-Hydrogenated and oxidized organic compounds will be saturated and3 R-CH2-OH + Al ? R-CH2 ? O-Al-O-CH2-R (I)O-CH2-RThese complexes are hydrophobic, so they will float on the water surface, or coagulate.(I) Oxidized organic pigments will make complex with Al (3+), then they will coagulate. As you will deduce, both Al(3+) [Al (OH)3] and Na3AlO3 are now good coagulants for organic and inorganic compounds.Keywords:Metalic electrodes, sodyum hydroxide and potasium hydroxide.
