Abstract (EN)
This study is a study that made some inferences on the self-perception of the poet based on the pseudonym couplets of the 15th century poet sultans Avnî (Fatih Sultan Mehmet). This study consists of three parts. In the first part, general information about the term pseudonym and its usage are given. Then, the importance of pseudonym couplets in understanding the poet's self is emphasized. In the second part, the relationship between art and sovereignty is given and brief information is given about Sultan poets and pseudonyms. In the third chapter, Avnî's pseudonym couplets are classified according to their titles and a reader-centered interpretation and evaluation is made unlike classical interpretation. As a result of these evaluations, it is determined which subjects the poet's ghazals focus most on pseudonym couplets and the effect of this issue on self-perception are discussed
