Activities in Turkey, The European Union funds: Tekirdag example

As a global actor, the European Union takes its place in world politics. Due to its role as a global actor, the European Union provides financial aid worldwide and transfers its resources to the regions in the world in line with the budget. However, it also provides pre-accession financial assistance to countries which are not members of the Union but are also candidates, especially in the context of harmonizing their regional policies with the acquis. In this context, the candidate countries benefiting from this assistance in Turkey since a long time. This study provided to Turkey in the European Union will be carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the special Tekirdag effectiveness of pre-accession financial assistance provided. In this context, the contribution of local studies in the process of candidacy to the European Union will be evaluated.
