Abstract (EN)

European Union has been maintaining its actions in the scope of the Key Competencies for Life Long Learning, to strengten the competitiveness together with globalization, to increse lifetime quality and to have the world?s powerful ecomomy. Starting from 2000 the education reform studies in Turkey is important according to globalisation and future of the current young population to be gualified enough to be capable to compete.This researh is addressing the European Union Education and Training action that covers education ?from cradle to grave? and constitution of awareness on education and as a result Life Long Learning policy - how we see it today and what will be the approach tomorrow- which is aiming the countries stable and constant development; to make everyone achieve and update the identified key competencies thruogh out their lives in every education level in order to provide equal opportunities for everyone and how the Key Competencies identified, what are they and what is the situation in Turkey on the policy of European Union Key Competencies for Life long LeraningEU lifelong learning policy documents, the reports of related parties and the actions of MoNE have been analised during the research.
