Abstract (EN)

In this thesis titled ?The Freedom To Establishment Under The European Union Law?, the term of freedom to establishment which is one of the principles of freedom of movement under the acquis of the European Union is being analyzed and further in the thesis the scope of right to settle of a natural or legal person of a member State with an intention to establish a business has also been dealt with pursuant to the Union?s acquis and the relevant judgments of the Court of Justice with an historical approach in order to determine solution proposals in respect of the questions that might raise in this field.In this context, the study divides into three main chapters. In the first chapter, ?The General Principles of Freedom to Establishment? has been determined. In the second chapter ?The Positive Frame of Freedom to Establishment? has been drawn. In the third chapter having considered the subject?s actuality and our country?s situation on the full membership process ?Turkey Dimension of Freedom to Establishment? is being dealt with.
