Çalışmanın amacı, tarihsel vekültürel bir öneme sahip olan konutun, tarihsel süreci, bugünkü durumu detaylıolarak analiz edilip korunmasını ve bununla birlikte çağın ve Ayaş?ıngerekliliklerinin araştırılıp uygun işlev önerisinin tespit edilmesidir. Ayaşlçesi?ndeki geleneksel mimari incelenerek konutun özgün durumu tespitedilmiştir. Bu veriler ve değerlendirmeler sonucunda konut ile ilgili gerekliyapısal bilgilere ulaşılmıştır.
