Abstract (EN)

27 SUMMARY In this study, the investigation on the microbiological flora of the eyes from 50 dogs with cunjunctivitis and 50 clinically healthy dogs in the region of Ay dm carried out and sensitivities of all isolate to various antibiotics was examined. In the samples taken from clinically healthy dogs Staphaureus, Bacillus spp, Streptococcus spp., Branhamella spp., Moraxella spp., Enterobacter spp. were isolated, but in no cases there were a mix case where as fungus and bacteria were isolated. The microbiological investigations of the samples taken from dogs with conjunctivitis has shown that in a significant part of the cases Kcoli (n:10 20 %), Branhamella sp. (n:8 16%), Staph, aureus (n: 5 10%) and in a smaller ratio other microorganisms were isolated. In this group, however, in the 15 % of cases there was a mix infection, in the samples from 13 cases Candida spp., Aspergillus spp., Zygomycetes spp., Microsporum spp., Sporotrix schenkii were isolated. It was found in the sensitivity test that isolated E.coli were sensitive to Enroflaxcacin, Gentamicine, Neomicine, Tetracycline, Cephaperazone, Trimethoprim+Sulphametaksazole, Amoxycillin+Clavulonik asit whereas Staph, aureus were sensible to all the antibiotics tested except Erytromicin and Penicilline.
