Abstract (EN)
Viticulture sector has an important place in agricultural production in Turkey. Turkey ranks 5th in the world in vineyard areas and 6th in grape production. Although viticulture has an old and deep-rooted culture in Turkey, which has suitable and favourable cultivation opportunities, grape is one of the common cultivated plants in the world and in Turkey because it is not very selective in terms of climate and soil compared to many agricultural products and has alternative evaluation possibilities. This study was carried out to determine the effectiveness of 3 different compounds under field conditions in the control of Eriophyes vitis Pgst., 1859 (Grape Bud Mite), which causes serious damage in vineyard areas. In the study, different doses of Kaligreen fungicide, (82% Potassium Bicarbonate), liquid nanosulphur compound and conventional wettable powdered sulphur (WP) were used in vineyards found to be infected with the pest. The experiment was established according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's E. vitis (Grape Bud Mite) Control Standard Drug Trial Method. The scale values of the pest on the leaves before the application of these three different compounds were determined, and the statistical differences between the treatments at 1, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 36 days after the application were determined. In the statistical evaluation of the compounds used in the study, a statistically significant difference was found on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and 36th days of the application. The efficacy of all drug applications increased as the day of application increased, and efficacy was observed in all drug applications on the 38th day of the application. In the evaluations of nanosulfur compounds among themselves in terms of efficacy, it was determined that 40 cc dose applications were more effective than other applications on all counting days. Nanosulphur application doses were generally more effective than traditional wettable powdered sulphur and Kaligreen applications, and Kaligreen applications were more effective than traditional wettable powdered sulphur applications. In the phytotoxicity scale evaluation of all the applications in terms of phytotoxicity, phytotoxicity in the form of 0 (no phytotoxicity) or 1 (very little), 2 (little) phytotoxicity was found in general. This result showed the reliability of the applications. When the results of this study were evaluated in general, it was determined that nanosulphur applications can be used in the control of vineyard leaf scab in integrated control (IPM) and organic farming practices in vineyards.
