Abstract (EN)

This research was done to determine the effects of double row sowing style (25 + 45 cm) and traditional sowing style (70 cm) in different plant densities (50000, 65000, 80000, 95000, 110000 plants/ha) to grain yield and yield components according to "The Split Plot Designs in the Randomized Blocks" in ecological conditions of Balıkesir in 2016. In this experiment; plant height, ear height, ear diameter, ear length, number of row on per ear, number of grain per row, grain number on per ear, ear number on per plant, harvest moisture, grain yield, hectoliter weight, 1000 grain weight and popping volume were examined. In this experiment, cultivation methods were found significant in terms of harvest moisture and grain yield, while other characteristics were found insignificant. In terms of criterions examined, in different plant densities, ear length, grean number pere ar, harvest moisture and hectoliter weight were founded insignificant, while, plant height, ear height, ear diameter, number of row on per ear, grain number on per row, ear number on per plant, grain yield, 1000 grain weight and popping volume were founded significant statistically. The highest values in seed yield and seed yield which are important in different plant densities; While double row sowing style (25 + 45 cm) was found as 95000 plants / ha with plant density of 6770,0 kg / ha, the lowest seed yield was found as 5050.5 kg / ha with the plant density of the traditional planting style (70 cm) at 50000 plants / ha. According to research results; while the most suitable planting style was determined as double row sowing style (25+45 cm) for the highest grain yield, the most suitable plant density was determined as 95000 plants/ha.
