Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, with the world conditions becoming global, to arrive at a competitive structure in the market has been the pricipial aim of the banks. Besides improving the physical conditions in order to reach this aim, the banks have began to constitute systems with the awareness of the fact that human factor is an important issue needs to be improved.Employee satisfaction is one of the important factors for creating a positive working environment in the banks. Employee satisfaction effects both employess and banks success positively. Because customer satisfaction comes through highly valued and satisfied employees. Therefore, in competitive environment, banks should regulate their management styles for their employees? satisfaction.In this thesis, the effects of service management at the banking sector on employee satisfaction will be explained briefly. At the end of thesis, there is discussed a descriptive study about the relations between services management and employee satisfaction. The most important result of the study is; there is a positive relationship between employees? satisfaction and personal, organizational and environmental factors.
