Importance of communication in learning organization within banking sector and a sample application in Eskişehir

Communication, making learning easier, has been effective in gaining individual goals as well as organizational aims and goals. Nowadays, globalization, search for excellence in management, human rights and innovations in communication can be thought as increasing importance of communication in management when elements affecting organization structures are analyzed. Concerning these elements it is possible to say that innovations in communication technologies and increasing importance of communication in management are the ones that have effects in constituting learning organization. Learning organizations, drawing all the attention to the top together with the communication?s coming into question, are organizations where member individuals of organization share their information and where required media is provided for the new thoughts and ideas to emerge.In this study; importance of communication in learning organization within banking sector was analyzed via survey techniques. Within this context, the concepts concerning communication and learning organizations have been broadly clarified and an infrastructure convenient to the literature has been constructed in the first two sections. Then analysis was interpreted within the framework of the data gathered from surveys done in banks in Eskişehir.
