Abstract (EN)
Technological developments are causing radical changes in the way banking services are provided. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are strategic elements for the banking sector, requires offering customers more convenient and faster service options. In this respect, digital banking applications can enable banking transactions to be presented more conveniently and quickly. In this study, the effect of digital banking on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty was examined. The results obtained show that digital banking applications have an impact on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In the study, it was determined that there is a significant difference in terms of digital banking applications and customer satisfaction between public banks and private banks, and no significant difference in terms of customer loyalty. In addition, it has been determined that there is no significant difference between retail and commercial banking in terms of digital banking applications and customer loyalty. On the other hand, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in terms of customer satisfaction. In the study, it was determined that there is a significant difference in customer loyalty between customers using digital banking applications and those who do not, but there is no significant difference between these groups in terms of customer satisfaction.
