In that context, firstly, conceptual evaluation of organizational changeis carriedout. Following the conceptual evaluation of leadership and transformativeleadership, the role of transformative leadership in realizing and sustaining change is chownin transitional organizations. The study includes a survey on middle and lower administrativeranks of a public university to find out data regarding the role of transformative leadership.Drawing on the data from the survey, statistically significant positive relationship is found outbetween the attributes of transformative leaders and organizational change.
