Abstract (EN)
From this period generally made between countries in private if the private sector is not private in developed countries, the intensity of the credit transactions twards the less developed countries increases, while international organizations operating outside the countries, especially the Credit movements towards developing countries, are guided in an increasingly effective and more controlled manner. The necessity of determining the credit mobility between countries in the process with certain norms. The Basel Committee, whose main objective has been to regulate international financial movements since the day it was established, published the system of international standards principles to strengthen and regulate the capital structures of banks. Basel III the study and comparison with the last part of the basic principles of the Turkish banking law in Basel and Basel III was aimed at examining the small and medium sized enterprises principles of harmonization process in Turkey. Our study banking and risk management under Basel III implementation and its impact on Turkey are the subject of this thesis.
