Examination of government systems of Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan within the framework of presidential system

The subject of the study titled "Examination of Government Systems of Türkiye, Azerbaijan And Kazakhstan within the Framework of Presidential System" is the presidential system implemented in Azerbaijan with the 1995 Constitution, the government system adopted in Kazakhstan with the 1995 Constitution, and the presidential government system introduced in Turkey with the 2017 constitutional amendment. This study generally seeks to answer the following questions: the theory of separation of powers, government systems based on this principle and their classification, what the presidential system is and how it emerged, its position among government systems, whether the systems implemented in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan can be classified as presidential systems, and finally, whether the government systems of Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan are similar to one another. Within this scope, the first part of the study discusses the theory of separation of powers and government systems, the second part examines the presidential government system implemented in Turkey, the third part focuses on the presidential system in Azerbaijan, the fourth part analyzes the government system in Kazakhstan, and finally, the last part compares the government systems of the three countries in general terms.
