Abstract (EN)
Eight new [6-(4-chlorophenyl)-3(2H)pyridazinone-2-yl]propanamide derivatives have been synthesized in this study.The structures of these new pyridazinone derivatives were confirmed by their elementary analysis, IR and 1H-NMR spectral data.The analgesic activity of synthesized compunds was investigating by modified Koster Test (Writhing Test) using aspirine as a reference. It has been found that all new compounds except compound VII have shown analgesic activity as potent as referance compound aspirin. Compound IV,V ve VI have exhibited analgesic activity at least as potent as aspirin.
