Abstract (EN)
This research material was obtained from Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University trial plots which were establidhed in 2009 with a row and row spacing of 6m x 6m, and it was aimed to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the phenolic compound contents in the fruits of different walnut genotypes and genetic resources (Juglans regia L).by HPLC technique (UV detector). A total of 218 walnut genotypes including 187 walnut genotypes and 31 walnut varieties were used. Most of the genotypes included in the study consist of precipitates obtained by foreign pollinated. However, hybrid combinations between 1-73 belongs to the combination of Chandler x Sutyemez 1 hybrid varieties. According to the results obtained in the research, 9 basic phenolic substances were determined in the kernels of fruits in different populations. Among the detected phenolic substance content; catechin B41 (141.02 mg / kg), caffeic acid 6S-1 (43.24 mg / kg), syringic acid M307 (18.30 mg / kg), p-coumaric acid Urgup (23.77 mg / kg), rutin trihydrate M281 (53.58 mg / kg) kg), ellagic acid M317 (160.95 mg / kg), quercetin WCK234 (18.85 mg / kg), naringenin B41 (73.97 mg / kg), juglone M304 (88.34 mg / kg) were found the highest amount. Considering these results, it has been investigated that superior F1 populations can be combined in a single genotype with a new for further hybridization program.
