Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT The properties of multielectron atoms and ions are usually investigated by various approximation procedures. Nowadays, most commonly used approach is Hartree-Fock method. This method benefits from 'free particles' model. The total wave function of multielectron atoms or ions is constructed as Slater determinants. One- electron wave functions formed by determinants are obtained by calculating the variation in the energy formula according to determinantal wave function. Multiplet terms energy of multielectron atoms or ions are calculated by determinantal wave functions. According to new method which is proposed by LI. Guseinov (1998a), for determinations of multiplet terms energy, coupling-projection coefficients calculated. Key Words: Screened Field Approach, Determinantal Wave Function, Multi Electron Operators and Matrix Elements, Hartree-Fock Method, Coupling-Projection Coefficients, Multiplet Terms Energy. n
