Abstract (EN)

In determination of dioxin/furan and dioxin-like compounds, the carbon, silica and alümina content columns are utilized in clean-up phase. By passing different solvent contents from these columns, seperation of dioxin/furan and dioxin-like compounds are provided in different fractions. Thus, the most important stage is carried out in quantitative analysis of dioxin-like compounds. In this study, the natural adsorbents and synthesized cross-linked sythetic adsorbents, which are prepared in laboratory, has been used instead of carbon among these materials; silica, alumina and carbon that are used as column lutes. The sample has been taken into a vial by using several seperation and concentration processes and measured at 10000 resolution by GCHRMS. The 2,3,7,8 TCDD standard has been used in all samples' columns and by means of recycling values of these obtained results, the performance of natural and synthetic adsorbents has been evaluated according to carbon. As a natural adsorbent; pollen, human hair, sheep hair and as a synthetic adsorbent; extraction poly (1,3-thiazol-2-yl methacrylamide-co-4-vinyl pyridine-co-divinylbenzene) (PTMVD), poly(1,3-thiazol-2-yl methacrylamide-co-acrylonitrile-co- divinylbenzene) (PTMAD), poly(1,3-thiazol-2-yl acrylamide-co-acrylonitrile-co- divinylbenzene)(PTAAD), poly(1,3-thiazol-2-yl acrylamide-co-acrylicacid -co- divinylbenzene)(PTAAAD) and furthermore XAD-1180 commercial polymers have been used and they have been compared with carbon column in current method.
