Abstract (EN)

Phenological, morphological, pomological and phytochemical observations, measurements and analyzes of 6-year-old Black Amber, Black Diamond, Angeleno, Santa Rosa, Can and Papaz plum cultivars were carried out in Siirt-Kurtalan ecological regions. In phenological observations, bud burst, first stem, full stem, end of surgery, harvest start date, time between full stem and harvest; morphological features, tree features; In pomological observations, it keeps fruit width, fruit length, fruit weight, SSKM and fruit pH. In chemical analysis, analyzes were made to determine the amount of phenolic substances. As a result of the observations, depending on the varieties; bud swell was between 14-28 February, bud burst 20-27 March, first bloom was between 28-29 March, full bloom was between 02-07 April, end of flowering was between 10-17 May and harvest was between 26 June and 15 July.
