Abstract (EN)
Thousands of people die every year due to failure to comply with occupational health and safety rules, and serious financial losses are encountered directly and indirectly. Occupational health and Safety; It is a safety culture developed with a proactive approach to protect employees, business and production. One of the main objectives of the proactive approach is risk assessment. In this study, the dangers in terms of occupational health and safety encountered in the installation and maintenance works of base stations were determined, the factors causing these hazards to turn into risks and the risks arising from the dangers were analyzed and graded. The most commonly used methods and techniques in risk assessment in the literature are given. However, in this study, fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process, which is a multi-criteria decision making method, was used in addition to the frequently used risk assessment methods. In the applied method, the algorithmic steps of the Analytical Hierarchy Process are given. First, the risks were structured by creating a hierarchy consisting of risk factors and risk degrees. Afterwards, as a result of the workshop held by a team of 5 experts on the subject, it was considered that the risk factors are independent from each other, and each sub-factor was evaluated with their risk degrees. The weights of risk factors and risk degrees were obtained by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process algorithmic steps in the paired comparison matrices obtained as a result of these evaluations. Risks are classified according to the determined weights and listed in order of importance.
