The applicability of anatomic properties of some linin species in forensic cases

Abstract (EN)

Transverse sections were taken from the body samples for anatomical examinations, and the sections obtained were observed with Nikon Eclipse E100 microscope and photographed with Leica DM4000 M. Flat, parallel-lying cuticle layer that surrounds the trunk from the outermost inward to the trunk anatomy, flat, flattened, oval or rectangular epiderma cells, single row collenkima just below the epiderma, cortex parenchyma showing cell number variation between species, sclerenchyma cells in bundles, phloem in thin layers, self-arms, tracheas and tracheids well-developed long xylem cells and the scattered-sparse, oval cell core region. In leaf, cuticula of the same thickness in both upper and lower epiderma, parallel elongated, shaped epiderma cells, single row or perpendicular to the surface, in the form of cylindrical chloroplast containing palisate parenchyma, scattered and round shaped sponge parenchyma, thin layer phloem, developed trachea and tracheid xylem cells, scattered, oval shaped collenchyma cells varying between species were observed. The number of cell lines between species, the anatomical differences determined based on cell layer thickness in µm; Linum sect. Linopsis species have been identified by making use of the anatomical features, forensic events in the forensic role has been shown to be used in solving the event.
