Abstract (EN)
With this thesis proposal, it has been tried to determine the cultural and ecological characteristics of some macrofungi which are among the biological resources of our country. The study material consists of five different species in the collection of macrofungi mycelia kept in the Department of Biology [Agaricus bresadolanus Bohus; Armillaria mellea P. Kumm .; Fomes fomentarius (L.) Fr .; Inocybe catalaunica Singer; Postia stiptica (Pers. Jülich)] were used. During our study, the mycelia were examined in terms of their different levels of temperature, pH, carbon source, salinity and the amount of the medium. Although the mycelia vary according to type; at optimum temperature as 20, 25 and 300C; At 5,5 and 6,0 pH, it was determined that they showed the best development in Petri dishes containing 1% salt concentration and 20 ml in saline medium in glucose, fructose, galactose and sucrose as carbon source. The macrofungi mycelia mentioned in our study were inoculated into the same Petri dish as a microfungus, Aspergillus flavus, and the interaction of organisms was tried to be understood. As a result of the trials, it was observed that macrofungi mycelia which fill the Petri dishes completely by developing rapidly, could not continue their development when they encountered A. flavus. This situation was found useful in understanding how fungus behave together in soil or other living environments in nature.
