Abstract (EN)
This study was carried out in Manisa Celal Bayar University School of Tobacco Expertise in Akhisar province of Manisa in 2016 and tobacco seedlings, greenhouse and laboratories of the school were used. In this experiment which was established in greenhouse conditions, the effects of organic fertilizers on different types of tobacco were examined. The study was carried out in three replications in accordance with the Factorial Random Blocks Experimental Plan using four different organic fertilizers (leonardite, farm fertilizer, worm-fertilizer and microbial fertilizer) and five different types of tobacco (İzmir Özbaş, Broad Leaf Tokat, Broad Leaf Adıyaman, Katerini and Indigenous Mus). In the experiment consisting of a total of seventy five pots in the greenhouse, leonardite, farm and worm manure which are solid form were used twice which the first application was before the planting and the second one after the planting, In the second application, application of microbial fertilizer was carried out in order to investigate the duration and degree of effect with these fertilizers. In this study, morphological features such as plant height, number of leaves and trunk diameter as well as characteristics such as leaf length, width and ovality were investigated in the first and second main hands. In addition, as a result of the studies carried out in the laboratory, the ash content which is one of the important quality parameters and the effects of quality of fertilizers used by ash color analysis were investigated. According to the results obtained from this experiment, it was determined that the best application was farmyard fertilization at 0.05 level, and leonarditis and wormgrass were the second best practices. The low ash content of tobacco in Leonardite fertilization results; while in microbial fertilizer application, ash colors which express the quality such as light gray, white and very white are remarkable. It is seen that the two applications are separated from the other applications.
