Abstract (EN)

The hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a contagious infection that causes severe damage to liver cells. These viruses are transmitted through blood transfusions, minor and major surgeries, sexual contact and by dialysis patients. Because hemodialysis patients have frequent blood transfusions, they can be exposed to HCV alongside continuous hemodialysis, which increases their suffering. In recent years, an increase in the number of HCV infections has been observed in dialysis patients in Ramadi Hospital/Iraq. Molecular and immunological tests were applied to the groups determined in our study. The study was divided into four groups and each group according to gender and age. The number of HCV patients included in this study was determined as 198. RT.qPCR technology was used to detect the presence and efficacy of HCV in infected individuals. RT.qPCR technology was used to isolate and quantify the IL-17F gene in all study groups. Accordingly, gene expression was found for HCV-infected dialysis patients (group 1) and HCV-infected group (group 2), whereas IL-17F gene expression was not detected in nonhepatitis hemodialysis patients (group 4) and healthy subjects (group 3). . Real-time qPCR of microRNA 135a was performed on patients with renal failure (dialysis) and HCV-infected (group 1). Gene expression formation was observed in 30% of these patients. Some immune markers have an important role in viral infection. IL-17F and TRL3 were tested by ELISA for all study groups. While higher concentrations were found in group 1 compared to groups 4 and 2, group-3 concentrations were found to be very low. While an increase was observed in TRL3 concentrations in group 4, group 1 and group 2, respectively, the concentration in group-3 (healthy people) was found to be lower than the other groups.
