Abstract (EN)
In this study, the structure of 4,4' -bipyridylcadmium tetra.cyanometalat (II) with thiophene guest molecule Cd(4,4' -bipyridyl)M'(CNj.. Thiophene (M': Cd or Bg) host-guest compounds have been prepared for the fir.lt time and studied in 4000-200 cm-1 region by Infrared and Raman spectroscopic methods. It's deduced by this study tha.t Cd( 4,4'bipyridyl) M' (C Nk Thiophene ( M': Cd or Hg ) compounds have a structure similar to those of T4-type compounds and the guest thiophene molecules have been enclosed into p·type cavities.
