Abstract (EN)
Nanotubes involve characteristics of many different materials in their structures by theirselves. In this thesis the geometry of empty BC2N nanotubes has been constructed. All computations have been done with GGA-PBE and 300 cut-off energy using Castep package program. Geometric strucrure, energy band diagrams and density of states properties had been examined after a geometry optimization calculations.
