Therefore, in order to determine whether there is a significant difference between the groups in the evaluation of the data, t-test was used for independent variables in comparison of variables in binary groups, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) in items in which multiple variables were questioned, correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout levels. According to the data obtained as a result of the research; It was found that physical education teachers were generally undecided about their job satisfaction perceptions and rarely experienced traces of professional burnout. A high reverse correlation was found between job satisfaction and burnout; It was interpreted that burnout decreased as job satisfaction increased.
