Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between job decency and life satisfaction of the central municipality employees of Kastamonu province according to some demographic variables. The scope of the research consists of all individuals working in the central municipality of Kastamonu. The sample of the study consists of employees in different units belonging to the central municipality of Kastamonu. 164 of the employees in these different units are men and 86 are women. SPSS 22.0 package program was used in the calculation of the analysis of the collected data. As a means of data collection in research, Diener, E., Emmons, R.A., Larsen, R.J. and Griffin, P. The Turkish adaptation of the 'life satisfaction scale', which is quite short, developed by (1985), was used by Bekmezci and Mert (2018), as well as the Turkish adaptation of the 'job Crafting scale', developed by Slemp and Vella-Brodrick (2013), and the work done by Kerse (2017). Parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data, as the data exhibited normal distribution. In the analysis of the data, frequency, percentage, t-test, Anova and Pearson correlation tests were analyzed using. In the study of the research findings, there were no significant differences in the subdimensions of municipal employees 'job resourcefulness and total scores of job resourcefulness according to the gender variable (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in the total scores of life satisfaction according to the gender variable (p<0.05). According to the age variable, it was found that there were no significant differences in the sub-dimensions of job resourcefulness of municipal employees, total scores of job resourcefulness, and total scores of life satisfaction (p>0.05). According to the marital status variable, there were no significant differences in the sub-dimensions of municipal employees ' job resourcefulness and total scores of job resourcefulness (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in the total scores of life satisfaction according to the marital status variable (p<0.05). According to the education status variable, there were no significant differences in the sub-dimensions of the work resourcefulness of municipal employees and the total scores of the work resourcefulness (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in the total life satisfaction scores according to the educational status variable (p<0.05). It is seen that this significant difference is between undergraduate and dec school groups, undergraduate and graduate groups, and is in favor of undergraduate groups. In the same way, it was dec that the significant difference in the total scores of the OHS was between the undergraduate and high school groups, the undergraduate and associate degree groups, and the undergraduate groups were in favor of the undergraduate groups. According to the management task variable, it was determined that there was a significant difference in the dimensions of "task resourcefulness' and "cognitive resourcefulness' from the lower dimensions of work resourcefulness (p<0.05). But there was no significant difference in the lower dimension of "relational resourcefulness" (p>0.05). According to the management task variable, there was no significant difference in the total scores of job resourcefulness and life satisfaction (p>0.05). According to the Working Time variable, there was no significant difference in the sub-dimensions of the work resourcefulness of municipal employees and the total scores of the work resourcefulness (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in the total scores of life satisfaction compared to the study time variable (p<0.05). This significant Dec decency was found to be between deciduous groups of 1-5 years and between deciduous groups of 13-38 years, and in favor of deciduous groups of 1-5 years. According to the family income status variable, no significant differences were found in the sub-dimensions of the work resourcefulness of municipal employees and the total scores of the work resourcefulness (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in the total life satisfaction scores compared to the family income status variable (p<0.05). This significant difference 9000-15000 TL income status with groups 6000-8000 TL status among income groups, 9000-15000 TL 2000-5000 TL income status with groups 9000-15000 TL status and income among groups with TL income status groups were in favor of. As a result, it has been observed that the job resourcefulness and life satisfaction of Municipal Employees differ according to some demographic variables, and there is a significant decency between job resourcefulness and life satisfaction.
