Unfair Annulment At Labour Agreement With Definite Period Thesis Of Master, Ankara, 2008In this work the topic ?Unfair Annulment At Labour Agreement With Definite Period ? prepared as thesis of master. The aim of this thesis is;if labour agreement of definite period is unfair annulment by one side of agreement, it will go on or not. In my opinion declare of annulment will finish the agreement,also a lot of writer are sharing this opinion. Judgement decisions are same direction. We tried to remark other opinions and new draft of a law decisions. While we are scrutinizing the opinions and decisions an important thing is provide the aim of Labour Law. Especially to define Labour Agreement with definite period is important about results of unfair annulment. If unfair annulment is at labour agreement with undefinite period, results will change for worker.While preparing this work we applied libraries and take jedgement decisions.
