Abstract (EN)
In this study, two endemic species (B.chrisii Yildirim & B. Sahin and B.gracilis Uzunh. & H. Duman) belong to one of the important genus of the family Asparagaceae Bellavalia Lapeyr. were investigated caryologically For cytotaxonomic studies, the bulbs of the collected samples were used. At the end of studies performed in dividing somatic cells, chromosomal counts and karyotype analyzes of the species were performed and the idiograms were drawn. Chromosome numbers were found to be 2n = 8 in both B. chrisii and B. gracilis species
