Abstract (EN)
In this study, the agent-based simulation approach which takes into account the human factor in the production system will be discussed. First, whether a general knowledge about solar energy, Turkey will also be informed about the solar energy industry. Photovoltaic production line, processes, materials used in the production of solar panels will be explained, information obtained as a result of literature search related to assembly line balancing will be given. Simulation application areas, using the information obtained from the literature research, using the Anylogic version 8.4 program that supports the agent-based simulation. After a brief briefing of the assembly line optimization by simulation, the application of the modeling of a production environment as an agent-based will be mentioned. The results of the simulation will be shared after the studies that give recommendations to improve the production facility to the current situation are shown. The study will be carried out in the relevant company for the application of the results obtained in this study to the real system.
