Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, circuit design and manufacturing of a device that starts and preheat the engine before movement in cold winter days has been made. This is also a security device against terroist attacks done by vibration or heat sensitive bombs attached to the vehicle. From security point of view, it has been controlled that hand brake is clutched and gearbox is unloaded. On the vehiches with alarm system, during starting-up, the alarm is ignored. The time engine started has been sensed by engine speed and starter time control has been performed ideally and kept starter motor safe.
