Abstract (EN)

Şer?iyye registers are the notes that quadi?s has noted down the special important events during the court and the commands, documents that has a legal emphasis.As we have analyse the registers, they enable us to get some information about the social, cultural and economical structure of the period. Besides it is possible to have some information about the states structure, immigration movements and the population.In recent years, Otoman History Researchers give a great emphasis on şer?î registers. As they discover to understand the importance of these registers, they show more effort on these researches. With the help of this inquires, it is possible to have objective information about the so-called periods.In our study, we have gathered 43 registers about the Pergamon and have analyse them from the economical, religious, social and administrative perspective. Also by analysing the registers we had the information of Bergama?s XIX. Century state structure.
