The active use of this form of social capital facilitates access to resources and information that will increase progress capacity. Social networks formed by individuals who volunteer to Knowledge, Culture and Education focused non-governmental organizations which prepare educational programs, organize conferences, symposiums, and form reading groups, are a set of opportunities that provide various advantages.
