Institutional and individual factors affecting the knowledge sharing : Munzur University sample

In this study, some researches were conducted to evaluate some institutional and individual factors affecting knowledge sharing attitudes of administrative personal working at Munzur University. The study was planned as five section. In the first, second and third sections, knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing were explained in a detailed way. In the fourth section, method of study was identified and in the fifth section the stated hypothesis were tested and given some information about the results of study. In results, findings were evaluated and the study was completed with stating suggestions for further studies. Key Words: Knowledge, Knowledge Management, Knowledge Sharing
