Abstract (EN)
Today, object recognition is very popular in the field of computer vision and is the basis of many automatized systems. In this study, it has been studied, through the analysis of the images taken from the sky, the detectability of the clouds, the trackability of the clouds to be detected and the estimation of how long it will take the clouds to block the sun light according to the speed of the clouds. It has been observed, at the end of the study, that an early-warning system can be developed against possible solar interruptions, and especially, this will be widely in use in solar energy plants.
