Abstract (EN)
In this project, which was developed for Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (FTR) applications, it is aimed to remote control, follow up and, if necessary, to direct the exercises that patients need to do for the treatment of diseases. At the same time, data collection for further studies and especially the detection of gait disorders are among the aims of this project. Within the scope of this thesis, a hardware has been developed for both mapping the sole of the foot and simultaneous analysis of the posture of the trunk and limbs during walking. Moreover, research studies were carried out to create a software in which the obtained data can be processed. As a result of the literature study, there is a need to develop devices that will enable data to be collected, since the existing commercial systems do not provide sufficient data for scientific research. In current scientific research, it has been seen that visual systems focus only on trunk and posture analysis and are far from measuring changes in the sole of the foot. It has been observed that wearable sensors or floor sensors mounted on the sole of shoes have deficiencies in providing information about body posture. In the current literature, it has been observed that there are deficiencies in the existence of a solution oriented analysis system in the studies carried out for gait analysis. In this thesis, a design has been developed that enables the determination of the position, stance of the foot and the forces applied on the sole of the foot during walking. Thus, a design and application has been carried out that enables the detection of disorders such as gait disorders and analyzes the obtained data.
