Abstract (EN)

When the number of studies on mindfulness since 1980 are examined, it can be seen the number of publications has increased exponentially in recent years. However, studies related to the effects of mindfulness on employees' work attitudes only cover a small portion of these studies. The primary purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between mindfulness and employee work attitudes and analyze the mediating roles of psychological capital and self-regulation in these relationships within the theoretical framework that guiding this research. To study these goals, the research hypotheses are designed to fill the gap in the literature. It is predicted that mindfulness will affect organizational stress, job performance, job satisfaction, job engagement, burnout; and psychological capital and self-regulation will have a mediating role in this effect. Research data were collected using an online survey method to obtain a fast and high response rate. The research sample includes managers, white-collar and blue-collar employees from all industries.
