The Branch of a bank's stocks and bonds analytical scruntinizing as the contemplating line

In this study done to observe a bank's Menkul Değerler service system, Topranbank has been selected. Service branches in system has been taken as servicing systems. The purpose in this system is to give the best service with less waiting. There are some requirements to fulfill in the order to reach this aims. The effectiveness of these actions are determined with the examination of behaviours of the system units. With this purpose, counters in the branch office has been admitted as utility supply service and activity of the system has been examined while observing the behaviours of the system within the different time limits. Queuing is used in this study. The inputs of the system, queue, service and output concept have been studied and than some tables showing the performance of the bank is obtained. Whether the service given a supply the client's demand and the piling of the client is tired to eliminate according to the improved alternatives that have been determined.
